It's a first step. Thanks a lot to kfawcett who rewrote the old "how to" for the newest jSeblod CCK and add some pictures.

jSeblod CCK is a Joomla! extension for customized content type construction. It is Open Source and GPL. A content type is defined by a set of fields. They can be used in all Joomla! components such as in the Joomla! article manager, the Joomla! category manager, the Joomla! user manager, the Virtuemart shop or any other area to enhance them. This means that you can create your own content types to use basically anywhere you like.

I would love to complain about the lack of the rest of this user guide, but although I am a beginner and this extension is keeping me up at night trying to figure out, it is clearly documented all over the site that this extension is for advanced users. I am sure this extension is exactly what I need, even though I have no idea how to set it up. That it is open source just blows my mind. I guess I am so grateful for that, that it is ok that it is my problem to figure it out.

Strange - my browser opens a new empty window. Nothing more happens.

Got the file with wget but that should not be the way :(

Possibly wrong MIME type at the server?

yeeaa .. i need the doku tooo .. how will i template etc.

Without more doku, it is not possible to use this great software.

OMG very much respect THIS EXTENSION is MASSIVE. Thank you so much for your work!!! Thats awesome, i just tried the other cck's and this is the sun. Even editing straight code into templates (PHP) i am fascinated. Thanks Thanks Thanks. Not to forget... Thanks

Wow is right...but the lack of documentation is just a bad as the potential is good. I would love to use this, but I can't spend a week trying to figure things out. Why is it that all you CCK designers have lack of documentation...

I just installed and try to figure out the whole thing..
Looks really astonishing with great potential, but The help inside Joomla installation seems out of date for what I installed. So I came here to seek for new doc. staff. Then I saw the comments, and I wanted to post mine. Hope I found the help I need in here as soon as possible, so I can use it in my projects. However I have to say it again: Very Good Job!!!
