Video, MP3, Image Gallery, Slideshow, Google Map...
RC5 Release brings a new way to include any Joomla Content Plugin in your content type. You were already able to insert content plugins in any jSeblod CCK field. Now you can integrate perfeclty all Content Plugins by managing Plugin parameters as jSeblod CCK fields with a new field type called "Plugin Content". Some examples will be more understandable.
Example to manage mp3 Playlist (with JosDewPlayer)
- in a Form (Back-end or Front-end)

Exemple to manage image gallery (with Very Simple Image Gallery)
- In a Form (Back-end or Front-end)

Users no longer need to learn codes plugins. You create forms customized to your users with highly advanced features. Manage easily videos, music, pictures, image Galleries, Slideshows, Google Maps. User management with CCK jSeblod uses Joomla articles, you can use all Joomla plugins in user profile. It becomes very easy to insert address of a user on a Google Map and much more.
You will find some CCK Pack on the box in CCK Pack Directory to use it:
Don't forget to install the plugin too.
We invite you to share your own CCK Pack with the community, including some fields and configuration already built. You can submit CCK Pack in CCK Pack Directory.
Batch Image Process Integration added on Media Manager
You can create thumbs and do some transformation on your images in Joomla Media Manager. It's very useful, you specify only a directory and all your images will be processed like you want.

Click on Process Icon

Generate thumbs directory for all images of a directory

We will soon publish a complete roadmap of jSeblod CCK.
But we can say you that the stable jSeblod CCK 1.5 will be published early in Februar at the same time that an other major release jSeblod CCK 1.6 RC1, with very nice search features.
If you use jSeblod CCK, please post a rating and a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory. |

But there are some shortcomings too: There are way too many pre-defined types and fields, and you're not using the default Joomla icons but your custom one, which makes it very confusing at first.
Anyway, I've tried many CCKs (FlexiContent, K2, Form2Content, Zoo), but this is really the best for me! Keep up the good work, I'm looking forward to the stable release :-)!
Thanks for a fantastic component.
